In 2008 I created the Songkick brand identity and brought the organisation together in a day-long workshop to create a vision for the brand, a vision that still stands today. The brand has sat at the heart of the product experience, our marketing, and our customer service. It has become synonymous with live music and a force for change in a complex, embattled industry that often treats its very life blood, the artists and their fans, in a less than ideal way.
The Songkick brand sits at the junction between the product experience, our culture, our values, our product development practices, our attitudes, and our beliefs. It is honest, fair and long-lasting. It was created by fans for fans and artists.
